  4 CONTRACT-tO-CLOSE

Experience counts and who you work with matters. 

 
  • We are your Trusted Advisors - Accepting an offer is more than just a price -  terms are important too. We will guide you appropriately so you can properly evaluate all offers and make an informed decision.

  • Fierce Negotiators: We will do everything in our power to protect your interest and make sure you are getting the best deal possible. 

  • Offer Accepted: Within three days of reviewing the fully executed contract, the attorney for either party may suggest modifications to the contract language or cancel. Once the parties agree, attorney review is concluded, and the contract is binding subject to home inspection, and mortgage contingencies.

  • Contingencies: Next steps involve moving forward with the home inspection and the buyer obtaining their mortgage commitment. Our transaction coordinator will make sure everything stays on schedule and will coordinate all appointments.
